Return Policy Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Return

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account, go to order history, and select the item(s) you want to return. Or contact our customer service team.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return form or order number.

Ship Your Return

Use the prepaid return label provided, or ship to the address on the return form. Keep your tracking number.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Eligible Items

Clothing & Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
Shoes: Must be unworn, in original box with all packaging
Accessories: Must be unused, in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Intimates, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Items damaged by customer misuse or alteration
Returns received after 30 days from delivery

Refund Information

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Store credit available upon request
  • Sale items may be refunded at the discounted price
